“We have only had the alarm less than a week but from ordering it and installing it all went well and the ladies we spoke to whilst testing were friendly and helpful. My mum is very happy with the watch rather than the pendent and feels much more reassured when going in the garden.

“I have been very satisfied so far with everything but it is taking awhile for me to get everything set up. At present I am expecting a return label from you so that I can return the Keysafe which has been replaced. It will take me a day or two to setup because I am away for a few days this week”

Only issue is the annual service plan which when being a existing customer you get a worse deal then being a new customer, to get the same offer you are expected to return the unit and receive another unit which is the same and is therefore a complete waste of time and effort to do. Please consider a better option for returning clients year on year!”
