“I called on behalf of My parents to book the alarm for both of them , one is 88 and the other 90 years old, everything was fine, took our money then sent an online form to fill out which went on and on for ever, I think a lot of this info was not needed, I am happy with the service and alarm but feel its very long winded and feel My parents would never have filled it out on their own, They don't have PC or email accounts, So I would think that maybe the company may look into this for Elderly people who may need help,
