Is the £10 for the review in addition to the £5 for the direct debit? I ordered this online for my mum. Clear information. Arrived when expected. Easy to install - clear instructions. I had the key box attached to the outside wall by a handyman. Testing - as instructed - we presses the pendant - the box rang and we were presented with a messsge saying something like the operators were busy but the call was important to them! That was worrying. The call was answered. We carried on with the test routine and each subsequent call was answered promptly, politely and in a friendly manner. I hope mum doesn’t have to use the alarm in the future but if she does I hope she isn’t kept on hold! That would be very confusing for her as she has dementia and recorded messages don’t make sense to her. Excellent so far apart from being on hold. We’ll test once a month and review the service. Thank you.

With regards to testing the equipment, as this was a test call the alarm centre staff would have been aware of this and therefore would have given priority to the alarm activation calls they may have had coming through at that point in time. Our team have received an accreditation from the Telecare Services Association (TSA) ensuring that they provide a platinum service to all customers. The TSA is the industry and standards body for Telecare and Telehealth service in the UK. Our response team work very hard to ensure that they attend to alarm activation calls, with our average wait time of only 6 seconds from the alarm activation. Please rest assured that should your mother activate her alarm, the call will be answered by one of our emergency call handlers as a matter of utmost urgency. Excellent service. Received the Lifeline24 the very next day. Its given me the security of knowing that if my parents needed help in an emergency all they have to do is press the emergency button for assistance. My Auntie had this service herself. It was highly recommended by my family members..

You had been recommended by a friend , I phoned and was explained how everything worked and within a day all the equipment had arrived. I entered all the details needed on line then did a test call , everything working great . Now we have piece of mind that our mother who is bed bound can get hold of someone quick and easy in case of an emergency .

Faultless service - the alarm arrived next day, as promised and was incredibly easy to set up and test. I had a question during the registration process, which was quickly and reassuringly dealt with in one quick 'phone call. The alarm is for my elderly, frail father-in-law, and we all feel much happier now knowing that there is that extra level of safety in situ. I can only recommend this product and associated service with the highest praise.

I feel more at ease now I have this life line I live on my own ,haven't fallen much in the past ,but accident can always happen and my daughters can now be more at ease knowing help will be around with the press of a button.

We were most impressed with the service we received. Phoned monday after lunch, received the box on tuesday morning and our son-in-law fixed it up for my husband on wednesday with the excellent service of your telephone people. We will definitely recommend Lifeline 24.

I have only recently been able to have lifeline installed as I have been unwell. My daughter has now installed it for me and we look forward to being able to make use of it.
