“So far the service is excellent, the equipment was easy to set up with very clear and simple to follow instructions, the testing process is good, going through several step to test range etc. My daughter is able to leave me alone, knowing if I get into any bother, I can press the button on my wrist and she can be contacted quickly. The call centre all seem very nice, efficient and friendly and know my name when the button is pressed and they respond.”

Only issue was fall sensor wristband did not work when dropped-a quick call to customer services and another turned up 8am following day. I still give it all 5 stars as I also rang local council enquiring about an alarm, the Lifeline24 was set up (including replacement band) even before the council application form turned up! Call operators seem polite and helpful as do customer services. Happy all round-just happy to have piece of mind, and quickly, but hope it never gets any use.....”
