I unknowingly knocked the wrist alarm and was contacted by one of your staff. Thank you. Very reassuring to know you are there if needed. Thank you. The alarm is a recent replacement for a faulty old style one. I DO NOT LIKE the much bigger, bulky alarms as they are much easier to accidently activate. In 1 week I have done this twice!!!! Bring backk the old type please! they were still very easy to activate.

Box was ordered and the forms were completed with no problems. Delivery was the following day and set up very quickly and easy to do. No issues or concerns so far. All seems to be working well.

My mom had a fall and due to the life connect 24 it was a very speedy call to the emergency services where called and to our selves.

It has given me and my wife peace of mind. The staff were very helpful when we tested and tried the system, and upto now we have not needed to use the alarm.

Purchased for my 90 year old father. Online ordering very straightforward and equipment delivered the following morning. Online set up really straightforward. Clear instructions enabled an easy set up of the unit. Dad did the unit and pendant tests himself and was impressed that the lady who took the call knew who he was! I can’t imagine there is a better lifeline service available. Peace of mind for all!

Brought for mother-in-law who had recently had a fall. Thankfully not needed to use it yet. Advice and help over the phone was extremely good and very fast delivery. Testing of the device was easy and useful

My brother and I paid annually for mums lifeline. Over the years it has been a comfort to know she was able to get in touch with someone if needed. We paid the bill at the end of October 22 and Mum sadly passed away in December 22. We called lifeline and they asked for the equipment to be returned, we asked about a refund as we had paid up until Oct.2023. NO refund! if we had paid by direct debit we would have just stopped it! Can’t fault lifeline on the service over the last few years but their end of life actions really sucks!!! Basically they have walked away with 10 months of our payment! Piece of advice - don’t pay annually !

We upgraded to wireless as no main phone socket in the room where box was wanted. We rang customer service who dealt with it and promptly sent new package After that set up was easy. My father who is hard of hearing can hear them speaking as good volume . So far good experience
