easy to install and use. Small and fits nicely in the corner of a room. Wrist band is comfortable to wear.

Our daughter knew Life Connect 24 and told us about you. She set it all up for us and we ar3 very pleased with it so far. The pack came very quickly and it was easy to set us. We were sent a watch but no pendant but upon a quick phone call, we now have the pendant and have returned the watch.

Ion moving to Wiltshire I have travelled to a poor area of reception and the eq been sent did not work at all well. I decided to cancel my Lifeline payment after repeated poor or non communication when setting the new equipment to work. This being the case I.would appreciate reimbursement off my recent payment

Dear Stanley, Thank you for your email today. If you do decide you no longer require our service, you can cancel your account by calling our customer service team on 0800 999 0400. If you are on a monthly plan, we ask for one month’s notice in advance of a cancellation. If you are on an annual plan, we request one month’s notice before the end of the 12-month contract. Annual plan holders can also choose to transfer the service to another user instead of cancelling. Kind Regards, Ash

first alarmed not work with my Digital phone. Trying to set up replacement but no-one seems to know how to do this. I was told when offered a replacement that I had to telephone for instructions and I had to press abutton on my internet box (WPS?) but the installation team seem unaware if this requirement. So far Have not succeeded I installing it

I had a problem with my previous LifeLine box. It told me that battery was low and had a red flashing light. After a couple of times trying to have the system re-set, I was told that I needed a new Box as the back-up battery had obviously failed. This was on the Friday. The new box with instructions on how to fit the various cables arrived first thing on the Monday. I was delighted to have it up and running perfectly so quickly and felt much more secure. Thankyou

Price very comparable to other companies. Customer service excellent and very courteous. Delivery was on time. Did not get a confirmation that my application was processed but it was easy just to confirm by telephone before setting my alarm up. Alarm inconspicuous and sits in a corner of the room. Wrist band easy to wear.

Absolutely disgraceful I revive a call from lifeline24 saying my Nan pushed her button 5 mins ago and haven’t heard anything so I rush around to hers to check everything is ok. All is fine so I go to the box to connect through to lifeline24 and give the all clear I’m connected straight through to the line and for about 3mins all I can hear is them all laughing having a joke amongst each other while I’m sat there saying hello repeatedly!!! So now take it into context what If that was your loved one on the floor begging for help and that’s happening is them joking and having a laugh in a office I don’t think they remember it’s others life’s they playing with be more professional be better this encounter has made me sick and worried about this service

Do not take on the services of this company. They continue to charge me for a device that I have sent back as soon as my mother died. I am now being charged, for an item that was for my dying mother, a year after she has passed because they claim they never received it. I told them this, and they have not stopped calling, sending letters, and now taking money from my account. Utter disgrace - take your business elsewhere. Edit/ update: their private messages did nothing but repeat their assertions - it’s just them taking the discussion away from eyes that can see their shoddy service levels especially given the vulnerability of their target demographic

Pleased with the quick response but disappointed with the plastic pendant as my friends have a more attractive looking pendant and I was expecting the same one .

Having purchased this system 2 years ago and not needing to use it I was considering if necessary when yesterday I got a call that my 88 year old mother had fallen, not hurt thank fully but could not get up. I called as requested on arrival home, and Mum said the person she spoke to was very calm and reassuring - even shouting across the room. I rang today to update some information and the lady Penny was helpful and made the changes with no issue. So thankful to have this - now I truly do feel reassured that mum has help when I am out.

I was surprised to find that the pendant does not find an outdoor connection even in some very 'connected' locations, such as Wisley Horticultural Gardens, mid Surrey, and by no means remote. This is very disappointing, as the reason I opted for the new 'Go' pendant was so as to remain connected when 'out and about'. Also, on trial emergency calls, the sound quality of the call handler's voice is often indistinct. The battery life is also disappointing, and it is often necessary to re-charge during the day, just when the pendant is needed. I wonder if this is very new technology, and not yet sufficiently tested. I would really like to know; please let me know (annbrumfit@yahoo.co.uk).
