“Brilliant, a real Lifesaver, came into use the morning after installation. 🙌☺️My wife had a fall due to osteoarthritis in her legs. My wife's legs gave way as she tried to move from her chair to the toilet. Thanks to the pendant, my wife could reach out using LifelineConnect24 by pressing the pendant on my wife's wrist. This immediately put my wife through to the LifeConnect24 office, and soon after, an ambulance and the fire brigade arrived at our home to lift my wife from where she had fallen with an inflatable cushion. I was working shift as an L3 FC lead (Temp) at the ICQA department in Amazon EMA1, and unfortunately, I was unreachable by mobile. Therefore, I am eternally grateful as I did not realise until I phoned my wife during my break four hours after my wife had fallen. By this time, my wife had been cleaned up and was recovering thanks to the excellent work of not only LifeConnect24 administrators but also the fabulous response teams sent by the ambulance and fire alarm services. 💪💓👍”
“Your link on Google headlines ‘Cornwall Council Lifeline’. You are nothing to do with the Council. I am happy so far with the lifeline but your advertising is deceptive and should not be allowed. I have reported this. It was not clear that one can have a pendant or watch. It shows both on all illustrations online and in your brochure.”

“At first the two alarms that were sent wouldn't work properly am in the process of returning them. I was sent a digital one which connected in moments and is working very well. I also purchased a Key Safe which is going to be attached to at the front of my home”

After that I received the system the next day filled in the long form which I submitted on Saturday and am now up and running.”
“My GPS monitor, purchased in order to find me wherever I might need emergency assistance couldn't even locate me when I was inside my own living room 8 miles from city centre (so not the back of beyond!) Tried 2x gps alarm (type 1) and 1x model 2 ? None of them worked!. I should have tested it when I got it originally but I assumed that it would just "work" .?. Only to discover that I'd been labouring under the impression that I was covered when infact for 5 months I wasn't at all!) The system should surely have picked up that I had no cellular connection all that time! They were quick enough to let me know when I owed them money!”
