Easy to order and straightforward to complete paperwork. Arrived on time. Call centre have been very helpful and friendly we have had some false calls due to user error and it has worked perfectly and we have been responded to quickly and efficiently.

Ordered late p.m. and arrived first thing next a.m. Would have preferred slightly longer cord for alarm button and preferred old version of wristband but actual design of new button is more attractive, though for arthritis sufferers, it's more difficult to attach to the cord.

Perfect. Very sensitive and alarm answered immediately. Thought I had burgulars. Heard voices in my home - but I had kept bracelet on in bed and had accidently layed on it!!

It took 30 days, 4 phone calls (one being an example of particularly unpleasant customer service) and a complaint before a refund was paid into my account; and this is starting the clock from the date when LifeConnect24 claim they received the returned equipment. Posting here because knowing that others had refund difficulties was strangely reassuring, kept me going. Don’t give up.

Quick response from explaining what is going on and what we needed. Pushy salesman to upgrade package Β£45 set up fee as man would be able to fit next day -NO - package came in post following day and we had to set up and test ourselves Not happy with that Plug in set up and testing for correct setup lifeline responded within 30 seconds checking we had set up correct to use

When a fault was identified with my device every effort was made to rectify the situation. A replacement box received by next day delivery. Excellent service.

Whilst my Father in law had this at home, it was very useful to have peace of mind for him and us, to know somebody can be in contact when we were not with him.

When I got the equipment it’s easy to set up then basically test it and your able to speak to someone straight away clearly ideal well worth it and we now have peace of mind that our dad is safe if he falls or collapses

Absolutely delighted by the response to my initial call for information. Harry talked me through everything to my complete satisfaction and I signed up for my mother in law. The process, start to finish was easy and I was left with no unanswered questions and feel highly confident in the service about to be provided. This is the second alarm I've ordered from Lifeline 24 for a family member. Service is just as good as always, and the product has got better! Now we have fully digital phone lines a SIM enabled alarm makes a lot of sense as it still works when there's a power cut. My local authority provides a for-fee alarm service themselves, but their system isn't as good, and costs more! I told the OT so they can suggest looking at Lifeline 24 to other patients.

Everyone have been lovely and very helpful from start to finish setting it up was very easy, unfortunately the first one had a fault, but a new one was sent out straight away and it was all sorted the next day, hopefully my mum will never need to use it, but it has given all the family peace of mind 😊
