“Disappointed with inability to contact you on phone. Took two days ringing and hanging on. Alarm apparently going off even when it is in bedroom and not being worn. Saying I have had fall but have not. Wish I had not taken it on. Dont wear it any morevv”

“Jos was very knowledgeable and guided me through the different designs ensuring we purchased the right one for mums needs. Also spoke about the importance of a key press for ease of access if required but was not pushy talked through the options and we did purchase. We still need to set mum up but hopefully will do this today giving us peace of mind.”

“Very disappointed, I cancelled
my husband’s subscription as soon as the renewal was received as he has now gone into a care home. However the monies were quickly taken from my bank anyway and I was told they would refund as soon as I sent the equipment back. I did this straightaway and received Notification to say a refund would be sent. However 12 days later it appears they are still having problems in carrying out the transaction and the money has not yet been refunded.”
