The MOST annoying irresponsible and abusive call I have had all week and I get plenty of cold calls such as this and considering I am on the TPS, your company acts against the law and with damned rude staff.
I AM FURIOUS AT THE MANNER YOUR STAFF CONDESCEND AND ABUSE.”

However, I can confirm that our company does not call prospective clients without having been asked by them or a member of their family. As such, I would not imagine the call you received last week was made by ourselves and I cannot locate a record of such a call in our database.

“I found the company so easy to deal with and very efficient. Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful which made the whole process easy from buying the alarm to setting it up.
I spoke to Miles in customer services at 11am and by 11am the next day the alarm was setup and working.

“Lifeline 24 is an excellent service that brings me great peace of mind knowing I can summon help at the push of a button which is always around my neck. Their answering service is impeccable. On a couple of occasions the backup battery in my base station has failed and it is no hassle - their support service reassures that the machine will still work and a replacement is with me the very next morning - no hassle, no additional cost.
