“Price turns out to be very different from website prices. Royal Mail used for delivery, which resulted in last-minute delivery at 7.30pm,requiring elderly person being forced out of bed to answer the door just so Royal Mail could tick a box that they had delivered within 24hrs. Very poor, considering delivering a lifeline for someone who had recently fallen.”
