“Our driver was waiting for us as we left the hotel. He was very polite and friendly and his taxi was very clean. He got us to our destination in good time despite the heavy traffic and kept us informed of the route he was taking at all times. On our return he was once again early and was again very polite and helpful. Would definitely use this service again and would highly recommend.”

“We choose Licensed London Taxi because it was recommended to us. Everything worked out well, booking, directions given to us at LHR as well as punctuality also for the transfer back. We will definitely use this service again when visiting London and we will also recommend it further.”

“Nice to be in a cab with a driver who really knows his way around London. Professional, friendly and offered some god ideas for family outings over Easter. Very easy on line booking process and great service. I'll definitely be back and so will my family.”

“Paul provided a super reliable and helpful taxi service for my disabled grandma. Communication in advance was simple, responsive and straightforward. On the day, he turned up early following a last minute request and waited patiently till my grandma was ready. He was really compassionate and provided much needed help to support my grandma into and out of the taxi. We will definitely be using his services again.”

“I have used this Company twice now to Heathrow ,and on both occasions found that the booking process was simple and quick ,I was emailed the drivers details in advance and they both text me before pick up informing me of their impending arrival . The vehicles I travelled in were exceptionally clean & with free Wi-Fi .I will definitely be using them again when I'm fortunate enough to go to London for business in future .”

“I was in need of a transfer from a client site located just outside of London, up to Stanstead Airport. After doing a little research, I decided to contact Licensed London Taxi. The whole process was easy, and the staff I worked with to get the transfer arranged was very professional and helpful, even when I needed to adjust the schedule at the last minute. My driver Tony was fantastic and very personable. The interesting conversation made the somewhat lengthy drive to Stanstead seem that much faster and pleasant. I would definitely use their services again whenever in the area.”

“The driver was prompt courteous and extremely good with my mother who has dementia. He took great care when driving especially as we have so many speed bumps in the locality. It helped make her birthday a special event dor all.”

“Excellent Service I am not normally one for leaving Reviews but felt it was necessary in this instance . The Taxi was spotlessly clean and Paul our driver was very patient and helpful. I shall be using them again next month when I next visit my Father on the South Coast .”

“Have used Licensed London Taxis several times now. Every time they have been faultless., Always arriving just that little bit before the booking time. Which gives you peace of mind, especially when you have an early morning flight to catch! Experienced and Safe Drivers!! Very Professional but also Friendly at the same time, a 5 Star Quality Service at Very Good Prices.”

“Well it was a while ago... 2 yrs... but it was an amazing experience... our driver was knowledgable and funny... and very accommodating, we went to Stonehenge and to Salisbury Cathedral all in one day... was exceptional. It didn't cost much more than a crowded tour bus, and we got to leave when we wanted to and to top it while going through the countryside, we stop at a field of Canola (I think, yellow flowers) and he was quite patient with us as we horse around and took photos... wish I could remember the drivers name. Love to give him kudos...all and all I recommend this as a way to get anywhere in are around London. Natalie Hart”
