“We have used this service on four occasions so far for long journeys in and out of London with wheelchair users. Making arrangements was simple and straightforward with helpful advice from the company and a prearranged set price. The drivers were patient, helpful and cheerful. We enjoyed stress free transport in and out of the capital.”

“Excellent service. Tony was waiting for our arrival from the States having tracked the delayed flight and drove us smoothly and efficiently to Kings Cross avoiding the traffic snarl ups. A veritable man with the "knowledge" . Thanks!”

“Have used this Fabulous Taxi company several times now. On Every occasion they have been: On Time; Well Presented; Very Clean Taxis and make the journey a pleasant one. Have Had Some Great Conversations along the way, too. Even had Free Wifi and Bottled Water available for Your Journey Thank you Guys!”

“Tony and Terry were both on time (actually a little early) to pick us up with a spacious, clean taxi. We used their services from Heathrow to our hotel, and from our hotel back to Heathrow. Easy to set up online before our arrival. Both were helpful and friendly, and it was a great beginning and end to our trip to the UK. We will be sure to contact them again when we return.”

“Our driver Tony Bull was absolutely fantastic! Our daughter is in a wheelchair and was extremely well looked after, the taxi was fully accessible, with wheelchair base clamps and seat belts so she travelled in safety. Nothing was too much trouble and such care was taken when getting her in and out of the taxi. Tony wasn't just our driver, he offered us an excellent tour of London, whilst we travelled and we got to see all the main sights on our journeys and he was great with the kids, really friendly and generous. Taxi was pristine and extremely comfortable and spacious for our family of 4, including 1 large wheelchair. Would thoroughly recommend, especially is traveling in a wheelchair.”

“I am a wheelchair user and I used this service recently. I had 2 different divers and found 1 to be very experienced with wheelchairs and the other was slightly unsure of himself.”

“On Friday 22 April 2016 I accompanied a friend to Heathrow Airport from Central London in a taxi driven by a guy named Tony. This was a big deal as my friend is unable to walk (uses a wheelchair) and was dreading the sheer effort of getting to Heathrow, despite wanting to be back in the USA where he is from (long story). He called the service and was asked pertinent questions about the nature of his disability, time of flight, etc, that reassured him the operators knew what they were doing. On the day, Tony turned up on time and displayed a knowledge and experience of manipulating a wheelchair and generally helping disabled customers that was perfect (my friend is not small!) We made it to Heathrow in plenty of time (and Friday afternoon traffic in West London is very busy) where Tony was again helpful and sensitive. OK, so this service was not cheap, but it was everything I had hoped for my friend and he was able to relax and concentrate on the flight. If any wheelchair users ever need a reliable service, I can recommend this.”

“John our Taxi tour guide was very friendly, informative and accommdating. He arrived early, and managed to avoid the traffic for most of the tour which is a feat in itself. We got some great photos of all the sights of London as he knew all the roads to get us a close as possible. It is great value for money if your looking for a private tour. There were 5 in our group and it cost us $3 pounds more each, than if we were to go on a group tour which wasn't possible as our mother was in a wheelchair. It's definitely preferable to a coach tour with too many people taking their time and making you wait. The car is very wheelchair friendly which is the main reason we booked Licensed London Tours but we had no idea it would be so compariable cost wise to a group tour. John parked as close as possible so she didn't have to get in and out of the car to see the sights. He even drove her around and around Buckingham Palace so she would she could see the guards and the mounted guards doing their thing before they entered the gates, which is where we stood in the cold and the rain with the crowd. (We all think she definitely got the better view in the warmth of the taxi to boot)”
