“We really enjoyed our trip with Lee. He was very patient with us in locating us at LHR (our fault, not his). He was a very good driver, kept to himself until we started peppering him with questions and then he became a book of knowledge to us. Very informative and helpful and you can tell he takes great pride in his country. 100% satisfaction on our part.”

“Well all I can say is that James was amazing. I was so stressed about getting my elderly wheelchair bound mum back home from the airport, but James was on time, lovely, kind and super calming. He even did an extra stop for us so we could drop my brother off. It’s rare these days to find such reliable people. But James is a diamond in that regard. I highly recommend him and the company.”

“Friendly and helpful. We took a ride from London to south hampton. One of our travel companions was using a mobility scooter. Steve ensured our carry on luggage and scooter were secured and our travel companion was seated comfortably in the car. As a bonus Steve provided us with history of the surrounding areas. We had enjoyable conversation and he made sure the ari temperature was to our liking. Definitely would hire Steve again when back in london.”

“I used this service as a Blue Badge London Guide and have always had very good experience. This week, Terry, our driver for 3 hours, was an excellent driver with great knowledge and he was very flexible and knew exactly where to stop. He driving was very good too and it was bc a pleasure. He was very friendly and courteous and I would highly recommend him to anyone.”

“J'ai réservé, une journée de voiture avec chauffeur, depuis Paris sur ce site. Pour visiter et shopper dans Londres. J'ai pu apprécier d'abord la ponctualité, ensuite le confort de la voiture, la discrétion, la patience et les compétences de notre chauffeur surtout dans les embouteillages londoniens... Ce système de fonctionnement est très confortable et m'a permis de faire tout ce qui était prévu, et dans des conditions tarifaires normales. Je ne peux que vous recommander ce meilleur choix. H.T”

“Running a small chauffeur business, I naturally have high standards for who I work with, but Licensed London Taxi completely delivered. I needed a transfer from the London Tower Bridge Hilton to Heathrow for aging VIP passengers with heavy, unusual luggage, so I specifically required a company willing to offer hands-on help all the way into the terminal. Dave handled the booking process with total precision, and driver Tony was absolute class on the day. He didn't just drop them at the curb; he accompanied the passengers right inside and carried their heavy bags straight to the oversized luggage point. Black cabs navigate London traffic much better than standard private hire vehicles anyway, but with these guys, you’re not just getting a transfer from A to B.... you are getting good old British service chucked in. Our international clients, especially the Americans, always love meeting authentic local cabbies. They are the first call I will make now, and I highly recommend Dave, Tony, and the team to anyone or any business needing proper, go-the-extra-mile care.”

“We had two wonderful and professional rides with Licensed London Taxi during our visit to the city. Matt considered the best drop off location at the airport based on our class of travel. Both drivers were cheerful and pointed out sights along the way.”

“Responsive and efficient booking arrangements. Kind, courteous driver in John Green. Carefully loaded Mum and her larger than average wheelchair into the taxi. Took care with the road bumps to avoid shocks to my 85 year old Mum. Unloaded our six suitcases and packed them onto the trolley coming to our rescue just as he was leaving when I bumped into a bollard and toppled all our suitcases off! Thank you John!”

“Lee is providing friendly and exceptional service. He arrived early and is a happy conversationalist. I would have marked “excellent” if there was that option. Why isn’t there that option??? Lee has exceeded all expectations. He has pointed out highlights of the city and kept us entertained. He is the first taxi driver (out of 5 taxis) that has secured my disabled husband’s wheelchair and preset the ramp at a safe slope for him to ingress and egress. Additionally, he is a very safe driver.”
