“Can I just say a big thank you to the 2 drivers Paul on Thursday and John on Monday who brought us to and from Heathrow airport with our daughter who can be quite vocal. They were both so courteous and pleasant.”

“We were abandoned on our trip from Toronto to Heathrow on April 8th by another transportation service. Our plane was late and the company did not wait for us. We were tired and upset. I wandered out to ground transportation and found a Licensed London Taxi. Our driver told us what he would charge to take is to our hotel in SW1 near the Victoria Station. We were delighted with the ride in one of our favourite vehicles -- a London Taxi. So much room. Our driver was incredibly good and got us safely there. The receipt does not bear his name or else I would give him a shout out of support by name. Thank you to him. He rescued two Canadians. We talked about the weather, highlights of the city, etc. He pointed out nice restaurants and neighbourhoods. In London we always use a Licensed London Taxi driver.”

“KIND ACT- THANK YOU At 2.30 today, Sunday 12th April 2026. at City Road OLD STREET roundabout London. I received excellent customer service from a lovely cabbie. I was lost with painful hips. A very kind driver took me the few hundred yards (I did not thy I was so close) to my destination. Helped me out of the cab and did not charge. His kinds words and action got me so emotional. He told me that if ever I am lost to flag a cab who to get directions. London cabbies are *Simply the Best* -Thank you so much-Val”

“Lee was early and ready to give our family a grand tour of all the major sights with great detail of history. He also made it easy to jump out for photos and exploring. He knows the city very well and was able to avoid traffic during a very busy time. We were also able to see parts of the city that were very unique. I highly recommend Lee as your private driver.”

“We used Licensed London Taxi for our wedding day yesterday. Ahead of the day we were speaking with David who was very responsive and helpful. On the day we had a great driver Paul who arrived ahead of time and took us to our ceremony, waited and then took us to our meal. The black cab was spotless and he had put on a lovely white ribbon on the front. We were able to leave things in the cab whilst in the ceremony too. Paul was very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone else for a social occasion and I am sure we will use again! Thanks very much! Caroline & Luke”

“Professional, reliable, kind: superb service for wheelchair users. LLT drove my father to and from hospital appointments until he was too ill to travel. They were always mindful of his wheelchair and made sure he was secure and comfortable. On occasions when he was very ill and literally sick, Tony and Kevin were kindness personified - they never let him feel bad and always looked after him. During his illness, they were sensitive to his mood and what was going on with his appointments - good news, bad news, chemo; they did their best to cheer him up, distract him or just let him be. Prices were always fair. Drivers were always on time. The company never made a fuss when I had to cancel at short notice; our experiences were 5-stars all the way.”
