“Running a small chauffeur business, I naturally have high standards for who I work with, but Licensed London Taxi completely delivered. I needed a transfer from the London Tower Bridge Hilton to Heathrow for aging VIP passengers with heavy, unusual luggage, so I specifically required a company willing to offer hands-on help all the way into the terminal. Dave handled the booking process with total precision, and driver Tony was absolute class on the day. He didn't just drop them at the curb; he accompanied the passengers right inside and carried their heavy bags straight to the oversized luggage point. Black cabs navigate London traffic much better than standard private hire vehicles anyway, but with these guys, you’re not just getting a transfer from A to B.... you are getting good old British service chucked in. Our international clients, especially the Americans, always love meeting authentic local cabbies. They are the first call I will make now, and I highly recommend Dave, Tony, and the team to anyone or any business needing proper, go-the-extra-mile care.”

“Responsive and efficient booking arrangements. Kind, courteous driver in John Green. Carefully loaded Mum and her larger than average wheelchair into the taxi. Took care with the road bumps to avoid shocks to my 85 year old Mum. Unloaded our six suitcases and packed them onto the trolley coming to our rescue just as he was leaving when I bumped into a bollard and toppled all our suitcases off! Thank you John!”

“Lee is providing friendly and exceptional service. He arrived early and is a happy conversationalist. I would have marked “excellent” if there was that option. Why isn’t there that option??? Lee has exceeded all expectations. He has pointed out highlights of the city and kept us entertained. He is the first taxi driver (out of 5 taxis) that has secured my disabled husband’s wheelchair and preset the ramp at a safe slope for him to ingress and egress. Additionally, he is a very safe driver.”

“Excellent taxi company with outstanding service every time. Tony and Dave are two of the best drivers I've ever had—always punctual, friendly, and professional. They go out of their way to make every journey comfortable and stress-free, and their local knowledge of London is second to none. The cars are always clean, the driving is safe, and the service is reliable from start to finish. Booking was quick and easy, and the pricing was fair with no hidden surprises. The vehicles are wheelchair accessible and the drivers very obliging which is important if like me you are a wheelchair user. They met me at Euston station and drove me to the Wimbledon tennis championships. At the end of the day they were there to meet me and get me back on time for my train from Euston. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy London taxi firm. Five stars all the way!”

“Superb service from Kevin in the wheelchair accessible taxi taking us to the London Palladium. He was on time both ways, extremely polite and friendly and made the wheelchair user feel very safe. An excellent driver and pointed out the London landmarks as we drove past. Great communication and an easy booking process. Thank you very much.”
