“Superb service! Would not use anyone else if going to London. Have used minicabs in the past which were a disaster. Tony texted me when I was coming off the plane to say he was waiting outside, exactly as promised. 6 in our group including young children so larger taxi was perfect for our needs. Tony also picked us up 2 days later from legoland to go back to heathrow and again the service was impeccable. Can not recommend this company highly enough. Great to finally have a firm that does exactly what it says it will do. 5 stars from me !!”

“Hi, I traveled with a wheelchair and thought all drivers where very accommodating and helpful. One comment I have is that no one seemed to know about the fold down seats possibility to swing outward. All of them were amazed when I showed them.”

“We used this service for a sad accasion, from the time of booking to the day we used the taxi, the communication and service was excellent. We also had a wheelchair user and our driver and excellent, could not fault the service, will also use in the future.”

“Smooth ride, helpful driver with luggage assistance, arrived early and patiently waited I still prefer the Classic Black cab shape of vehicle as an icon but appreciate the spaciousness of Mercedes when extra luggage”

“We used Licensed London Taxi firm for the first time yesterday, from Heathrow Airport to Southampton. My dad sustained a disc injury whilst abroad, which had rendered him immobile and confined to a wheelchair . Having not had any previous experience with specialist taxis, in a state of panic, I called Paul, the day before his arrival to arrange for a taxi. Paul reassured me that although it was short notice, in the absence of an available driver, he would do the job himself, which is indeed what he ended up doing! My dad, my mum and brother, who were also travelling at the time, were full of praise for him. Paul was extremely polite, helpful and courteous , and put them all at ease. The quality of care and service that he provided, and his professionalism were all second to none. Thank you very much for providing us with a first class service, and for making a difficult situation bearable . We would definitely use this firm again and would also highly recommend it to anyone who might be in the same predicament as us.”

“Arrived in good time, spotless taxi, polite driver who knew exactly where he was going (unlike the usual Uber riff-raff) and booked another journey later that week. 100% confidence.. Can't praise the professionalism more.”

“This is a great cab company. Very reliable and friendly. We used them twice on trips from the US and they were always there for us. I recommend them with reservation. The owner, Tony, is a great guy and you can have complete confidence that they will be waiting for you upon your arrival at either Heathrow or Gatwick, or whatever else you want to use them for.”
