“This was a present 🎁 for my son-in-law on his birthday. The letter box was delivered on the date requested, the contents were as described. He was very pleased with his gift & I’m delighted with the service. Great - many thanks.”

“Was not delivered, got a Royal Mail card saying “too big got your letter box” which defeats the object of buying a letter box size gift. Now the recipient is having to head to the sorting office to collect it and if I knew that would happen I would have opted for a present where I got more for my money.”

“I sent the coffee lovers hamper to my cousin in Canada to cheer her up at this horrible time. She’s a massive coffee fan! Needless to say she absolutely loved everything about it from the packaging to the contents.”

“I ordered a gift box for my Husband who has been busy building an extension for our house. His eyes lit up when he received this in the post. The parcel was extremely well presented and the contents were extremely good quality. Needless to say, they did not last long at all! Thank you for an excellent product!”

“Paid for next day delivery and it came 3 days later. Emailed ‘Jonathan’ twice and heard no response, not even an effort to apologise for the delay. Certainly won’t be purchasing again.”

“Placed an order via notonthehighstreet with a specific delivery date 8 days in advance for my Dad’s birthday. It never arrived. I sent 2 messages to the seller on notonthehighstreet and 1 on Facebook. I didn’t receive any response. I contacted notonthehighstreet and complained so they sent me a refund. We’re all struggling through trying times at the moment but there’s no excuse for not contacting your customers to keep them updated if there is a problem fulfilling their order. So upset that I wasn’t able to get a birthday present to my Dad in time when he’s having such a difficult time providing 24 hour care to my very sick Granny who should be in a care home but can’t be admitted to one at the moment. I’m getting my money back but no one has apologised.”

“Hi I ordered a cheese letter box hamper to my Boyfriend for our 1 year anniversary as we couldn’t spend it together. Was disappointed as the personalisation note was not in the box so he didn’t even know who gave it to him and thought it was a free sample through the post. He was sent another one the next day with the personalisation note in but the initial surprise of it was ruined. Biscuits were bit broken which must be down to the delivery but he did enjoy the cheese!”
