“First time order sent to a friend during lockdown to bring a bit of cheer. My friend was very impressed - the letter box hamper arrived beautifully packaged and presented containing some lovely treats to enjoy. Ordering online was easy and delivery was on the date stated. Very impressed and will use again.”

“The hamper was smaller than I had hoped and it arrived well after the date I had asked for (by 5 days). I understand these are tricky tones for postage but was still disappointed.”

“I ordered this for my Dad's 60th Birthday, with Covid and me living in Canada it was particularly difficult this year to get something that I knew he would love. The ability to create your own by picking items to personalize the hamper was perfect!”

“It was said to be arriving on the Saturday But didn’t turn up until the following Thursday. This might not have been a problem normally but it was a thank you that needed to arrive quickly on the heels of the good deed. I understand the delays caused by Coronavirus but the messages did not warn of delays or give a wider range of dates. Disappointing.”

“Chocolate Lovers box arrived surprisingly quickly; quite literally the morning after purchasing! Box was well presented and lovely. The only issue was that the custard cream flavoured chocolate bar was substituted for something else in the box, with no forewarning that it wasn’t available. This wouldn’t have been a huge issue, however the box was purchased specifically because it contained that chocolate. (The recipient has an almost unhealthy obsession for all things custard creams, and the box was purchased as a nod to this.)”
