“The pricing was very misleading and nothing like the advertised amount or the confirmation email. Add to that a rude deputy manager (Lee / Leigh) who barked at us at the barriers being there for a reason (when her assistant had showed us where to park), meant all round a most unpleasant experience. Will definitely not use again. So disappointing to pay so much for such poor customer service.”

“I just wanted to thank Katriona and Alex for their excellent service over the past week. I guess a lot of your customers need space at short notice, which was our situation. The storage and removal services were efficient and clear and we would be pleased to recommend you to other people.”
