“Price was good, trolleys difficult to move”

“Storage area itself is clean and secure but opening hours too short and festive opening hours especially - why close early every day? No email notification either on the change of hours. If you need access outside your normal working hours look elsewhere.”

“Staff were friendly. However we moved our stuff in in November 2015 the light above our unit wasn't working and we asked at least 4 times for it to be fixed and now October 2016 our removal men are working in the dark again. I think this breaches health and safety law.”
