Because the price I saw online was £167 and when I called as told it would be £216 which is £52 more, and I was told this was because of the colour

I could select make and model but couldn't select derivative. Otherise the experience was okay.

Hi Tamil, Thank you for your review. As Leasing.com is the lease comparison website we have provided a variety of filters to help with your search. To filter your search to view automatic vehicles please initially search the make and model that you are interest in. At the top of the page just above the search results you should see a section called 'Customise your lease'. If you click the 'Transmission & Drivetrain' option and then 'Transmission' you should be able to filter your search to view just automatic vehicles. Told delivery date was delayed by several months, so spent £500 servicing old car ( BMW x4 ) then to be told they made a mistake and car coming on time , car delivered with scratches and large paint blemish on bonnet , car valet was appalling , still had stickers on interior/ exterior glue residue over bumpers etc, topped off with only half charge . Suggest better quality control before delivery , if I was buying car it would have gone straight back on transporter . Suggest be

You allow companies to offer quotes that will never be offered to customers just to entice them to their websites. And you take no responsibility for it. I’ve complained to the Advertising Standards Authority. Shameless.

I found the speed of contact to be good, but just disappointed that I can’t be considered because I don’t have a British driver’s license, and no credit history. Not sure if there is an alternative option.

When we went online we stated 10.000 miles per annum, and asked for a quote at that mileage. When advertiser gave us quote they had been informed 5000 miles per annum

'In stock' listings aren't stock cars -but take you to generic deals for a range of models. It's clumsy to use, difficult to see real deals on real cars.

Regarding the in stock page you mention. All of the deals listed on this page are classed as ‘in stock’ and can be delivered to your door. The images used are for illustration purposes, rather than a picture of a real car, because there are usually a large number of stock vehicles available for that model in a range of colours from different partners for you to choose from. To help you find a stock vehicle, we also provide an ‘in stock’ toggle found just below the filters at the top of the page to help you view in stock lease deals. Deal on site was not what was available from lease company, price was increased, and then by the end of the conversation they had to offer to call me back because they werent even able to offer the higher price and it had changed again - doesnt seem much point having a search enginer before a broker before a lease company if the price is not honoured from the initial contact
