Most deals on Leasing.com include a ‘Call’ button so you can speak directly with the provider. If the provider isn’t available, simply select ‘Get a quote’ and they’ll contact you. We would still like to investigate this further, please can you email help@leasing.com with further details?

The quotes on the cars always seem to come with conditions that are different to the actual site. Today I received a quote from Rivervale for a Volvo xc40 4B black edition ultra saying it does not include maintenance, yet the same quote I got for the same car did include maintenance and was from the same company. I emailed to ask why and yet to receive a reply. I have a current lease with Arval that runs out in June 2026 and when I leased the car everything was so smooth and they always replied to emails. I have leased four cars in the last ten years and now looking for my fifth lease.

I’ve enquired about a leasing.com deal twice now now on separate offers and neither company offering the deal has contacted me.

I just opened an account with Leasing.com. They asked me to set up a password and tghis I did and I wrote it down as it was a new one. I was then asked to go to my email where had sent a link to confirm which I did. They then asked me to sign in to view my lease deal. I entered my email address and entered the password I had made just 30 seconds previously. Result.......password wrong......tried again slowly with the password on display so I would enter it correctly....... still refused. If Leasing.com can not even recognise a password then it does not bode well for any lease holder. Therefore I will shop elsewhere. Thank you.

Considering you pay so much for car and you have to still pay a considerable amount at the end and even cover bums etc its about much for someone with health problems

Didn’t feel like your process gave me info I wanted, nor did it value my interest - it was more interested in your goals of data and info harvesting, than showing me info around my wants and potential purchase. Hope this helps you

Prices listed on site were not actually available on further discussion. Specifically I found that the difference was more than 130 p/m before any credit input or additional features.
