Im very dissapointed that having done a quote online when i had a call back the monthly cost was nearly £100 more. the person i spoke to told me he would get back to me the following morning but didnt bother. the chap i spoke to was Vijay Singh. still need to lease a car but loosing patience.

Getting an answer from your organisation is becoming so dire that we might as well revert back to stone ages! I sent messages through different media, text, email, chat etc with no avail. Once I managed to speak with this lady in which she promised to get back to me, and guess what, she didn't. It is total disarray to put it in short. Hope someone reads my messages and ultimately return to me. Thanks

You would not lease a car to me because I live on a UK Island . Frankly I will be taking the issue up as Discrimination. The clear issue is there to be seen . If I bought a car as I have done often and collected it from the outlet in London or Glasgow but register to me in Islay . What the —-/ is the difference I am still in the UK. I am not Off Shore as the Channel Islands governed by the same regulations as an individual in Birmingham or Manchester . But our solicitor will argue that . Disgracefull.

I wanted to lease a vehicle but the staff are hyper con merchants. The vehicles are not properly advertised and they don't give proper details of the offer so that they can make their own price up. It's a shame that they have to resort to this level of manipulation to overcharge customers. I was told to accept the offer as the price was going. It's not true as lease prices always reduce near Nov/December. Trying to charge more than £50pm for a Metallic colour is ludicrous. I won't be dealing with your company until you get decent staff who can look after customers and not overcharge to raise their bonuses at any cost. Aziz
