“I wanted to lease a vehicle but the staff are hyper con merchants. The vehicles are not properly advertised and they don't give proper details of the offer so that they can make their own price up. It's a shame that they have to resort to this level of manipulation to overcharge customers. I was told to accept the offer as the price was going. It's not true as lease prices always reduce near Nov/December. Trying to charge more than £50pm for a Metallic colour is ludicrous. I won't be dealing with your company until you get decent staff who can look after customers and not overcharge to raise their bonuses at any cost. Aziz”

“You have Tesla details on there from Tesla Motors Ltd and they won't honour them, so may as well not have them on there. Why can't they show the correct information.”

“Just got a quote sent through , alongside an email which says we tried to call you , which is utter nonsense my phone never rang and the figures you quoted came out bottom from the 4 lease companies I approached , the reply from the sales advisor , well I based it on the offer you replied to , not good at all”

“I asked for a quote confirmation and also asked 5 questions which were totally ignored. How do you expect clients to deal with you when you don't even answer specific questions at the quatation stage!!!!!! Doh!!!!”
