“I entered one of these deals in 1992 with Ford and got my fingers badly burnt. So I am nervous. I have never driven an electric car. You invite my questions but don't answer them. What is the buying process here? Where does the car come from? Is it in stock? Will I have to wait six months for it. When will the Coliq 5 be available?”

They will also be the best people to clarify the questions asked within your initial enquiry. Once they have responded to your enquiry please log in to your leasing.com account and click on ‘My Account’ then 'My Enquiries'. If you select your enquiry this will open a messaging service between yourself and the advertising partner. “Nowhere near as good as it was in the www.contracthireandleasing.com days. Website doesn't actually give offers. So if I hunt around on other leasing companies websites I can always find better deals than those being returned on the leasing.com site.”

“I submit my query, the broker responded, you emailed me to say message is ready, I click on the message and I have to sign up to view the message. I don't want to give you all my information just to read a message. Allowing me to send a request for an invite without informing me that I could not see the reply without signing up was deceptive.”

“Your email message is poor Why can’t you send a proper email. Calls take to long to answer and the agent just says look at the website for further deals Poor advice and not really customer friendly”

“Not liking the new navigation, perferred the old version with the filters at the top of the page, was less clicks to use the main filters and the site seemed much faster. Now it takes time for the results to appear after using a filter. The value indicator is way to complecated.”

“Doesn’t seem to be up to date. When I call the partner direct they tell me The deal is no longer available. 2/3 times. Lost confidence in the accuracy.”

“It seems I have to create an account with you to access the quote, which I do not want to do. Like other leasing firms I would expect the quote to be emailed to me, not have to create an account.”
