“Useless! Made enquiries with two different companies through Leasing.com and never received any reply or response at all. Then a week later I went direct and contacted one of these companies and they got back to me the same day. Just go direct.”

“Sent an email to ask specific details. Recieved 2 emails one after the other and nothing, just we have your email call us. Then the other one was this to send a review. Shocking”

Thanks for your review. We ask to be rated on your overall experience and the usability of our site, up to when you make your leasing enquiry. This is because we are a comparison site for main dealers and brokers to advertise their lease deals. We do not supply the vehicles advertised on Leasing.com. So after making your enquiry you would then go on to deal with a main dealer/broker and this is less to do with leasing.com as a company as you would be dealing with a separate company. I hope this helps!

“when i rang as it says on the website call for a quote on a mercedes to then get told that you dont have a deal on mercedes as they dont give you enoug discount. Then to get told have a look for further details on the packages online. Didnt want to help at all.”
