“Ask for email and to create password and then link to confirm account just takes you round in a circle to your homepage with no record of my account. Pointless and frustrating.”

“when i rang as it says on the website call for a quote on a mercedes to then get told that you dont have a deal on mercedes as they dont give you enoug discount. Then to get told have a look for further details on the packages online. Didnt want to help at all.”

When you submitted your enquiry for the vehicle through our website it informed the lease provider of your interest in leasing the vehicle; if, however, you've had a change of heart regarding the deal, our account area allows you to withdraw your inquiry. Once withdrawn, this notifies the lease provider that you're no longer interested in the lease deal. Hi Mandy, Thanks for your review, I can see the lease provider has responded to your enquiry, to view this response please log in to your leasing.com account and click on 'My Account' (in the top right corner of the page) and then ‘my enquiries’. This will open a messaging service between yourself and the lease provider and you will be able to see their response and ask any questions you may have about the lease. In the meantime we have sent a message to the lease provider and have asked to follow up your enquiry via telephone.
