It is not possible to separate my experience of leasing.com and the advertising partner for customer. The advertising partner falsely claimed that the car we required was available within the timescales we require to get us to register on their database only to come back and say immediately after i registered that the car isn't actually available - very dishonest and unethical. The partner i dealt with is zen-auto. On basis of this experience am very unlikely to use leasing.com again as it is your responsibility to police such fraudulent partners.

Unable to make any contact with anyone. Deals are click bait… not available when you actually go to click on them. Accurate information with clear details on how to apply a car would be greatly beneficial

Says in stock, needed a car within next couple weeks but actually when you speak them the stock is due next year, so there not actually in stock

Good website on the surface, but the dealers are incredibly slow to respond, if they even bother responding at all. Kind of defeat the purpose of this website. Leasing.com should seriously consider removing Zen Autos from their list of partners. They’re a complete waste of time and they mislead you too, by providing you with the best deals to hook you in, only to then let you down with telling you they are no longer available or get you to sign up to their website, which they then don’t respond to you messages there either. Complete waste of time. I remember a time when they use to snap your hand off for a sale, now it’s the other way around - the customer has to do all the chasing. Business must be really good right now if you are a car dealer!

The website is very poorly designed. It was much better back in 2016 with the sliding price range and easy customisation of the deal without clicking on different menus and waiting an eternity for each selection to confirm. When you want to change three things, it’s tedious and keeps me away from the site. Having used this site for 8 years now, it’s pretty frustrating that these changes were made and haven’t been reverted.

it’s always going to be more expensive than advertised, ie: that deal has now gone, “but” how about a more expensive lease for the same vehicle on the same terms???? Steer clear of these, if you don’t want to waste valuable time. I have leased 3 cars over the past decade, “from other leasing companies” so I feel I’m in a position to leave a valid honest review, especially after wasting a week of my time.
