I placed my enquiry on your website and when the seller replied I was told I had to create an account to receive there response ?? When I did this my enquiry was lost !! Not good service at all

I have decided this evening to obtain a quote. 5 minutes later I receive a request for feedback . I award 1 star as zero is not possible. I shall consider proving worthwhile feedback, if, when, how and to my pleasure or otherwise I receive a response to my request. Sorry.

Idiot that phoned was only interested in getting details then happy to 'place an order' for a car sold out!! Why are you advertising it! Repeated himself and then hung up - total attitude and blatantly using false advertising on your site to try and gain customer, waste of time thankyou.

I submitted a request for a deal days ago, and was told I would be contacted. I was never contacted. It is appalling how lazy people are and do not want to work. Do your jobs, or find something else to do!

It's a disgraceful service. When I viewed the price of a Q3 on-line, I got a quote for £527pm. However, when I placed the order it was £40pm more for exactly the same car. You lulled me in and enticed me with a good price only to up the price later on. Not a great service!!

The offer you enquired on is a special offer which is time-limited, and the higher price you were quoted was for a much later delivery date when unfortunately, the offer would not apply anymore. Thy have advised us that the deal can be honoured providing delivery is October, not next year, so we advise you to get back in touch with the lease provider to discuss these options.
