“I have tried to register an account with you but there are to many limitations for my liking re password choice..!! Would you like to provide me with a password of your choice..! I sent this query to you ages ago re my wait for 5 dys for a simple puncture repair. Add on the problems I had with your web site which fails to have a simple email address , do you not want your customers the chance to talk to you..??”

“The web site was good, however the offer I followed up was not genuine. The offer was for £17,560 PCP but when the garage finalised the figures I would have ended up paying over £23,000 for the same model.”

“I ticked acceptable but really only to reserve judgement - I have not yet received a quote for the car I want or any details of delivery time. You really should not be surveying me at this point, far too early!”

“Like the site generally, leasing value is very good. Found it annoying that I I wanted a certain trim level you have to click through loads of pages and can’t go direct to that. Unless I’m missing something”

Hello, After you've made your initial search, at the top of the next page there is a section where you can select the model. Selecting the model will then allow you to select a trim, then a derivative. If you think this could be improved on, please email feedback@leasing.com with your thoughts. “it would be great if you are using the site to find a car with a budget in mind, that you could put a max amount in, then group the results by manufacturer rather than just list the cards in best value or min, max cost order.”
