“Had to register to view the deal that was emailed through, and it so far keeps questioning the password even though my password includes the specified amount of characters, includes an uppercase letter and a number.”

“A good site, but it would help to be able to further filter inital results by model, if only choosing a top level filter of for example 'Hybrid'. Currently, if I filter by fuel type and cost, I'm presented with many examples of the same model, when I'd like to have some inspiration of the model available rather than wading through pages of results of the same car at slightly different rates. Additionally, having further options on fuel type filter such as 'Plug in hybrid' would enable clearer filtering.”

“Website is good and has a good array of offers. However, on my first enquiry to a dealer I've left two voicemails and no one has returned my calls, which let's the overall service down. Therefore, I can only award a 3 star rating.”

“Would like to see a filter based on annual milage required. The standard seems to be 8000 miles which is never enough”

“Can not search with exceptions ("do not show: Bentley") I am looking for a Hybrid car: on the first 10-15 pages are 2 types of cars, repeated with different offers, but if I am interested in the 5th type of car I will never find it. (I do not know the kind, is it a toyota, lexus, bmw, or what... I just don't care/know about it) it can be a solution, that the search result will show the best value offer of the types.”

“Search engine is still poor. Keywords do not work I.e tap Pro in Volvo search and you don't get any results despite it being a model variant!”
