Hi Mark, Thanks for your review - we're sorry that you didn't have a better experience with the site. We try to time the delivery of our review invitation emails so that people provide a review of the Leasing.com website and not a review of the advertiser that they have made an enquiry to. This is something that some visitors have become confused about in the past so we adjusted the timing to try to prevent this from happening. Based on your feedback we'll take another look at that and see if there is anything that we can do to improve it. We'll let you know what the outcome of that process is.
