Hi Mark, Thanks for your review - we're sorry that you didn't have a better experience with the site. We try to time the delivery of our review invitation emails so that people provide a review of the Leasing.com website and not a review of the advertiser that they have made an enquiry to. This is something that some visitors have become confused about in the past so we adjusted the timing to try to prevent this from happening. Based on your feedback we'll take another look at that and see if there is anything that we can do to improve it. We'll let you know what the outcome of that process is. Hello, Thanks for your review I can see the advertising partner has responded to your enquiry, to view this response please log in to your leasing.com account and click on 'My Account' (in the top right corner of the page) and then ‘my enquiries’. This will open a messaging service between yourself and the advertising partner and you will be able to see their response. Its been almost a week and haven't heard from anyone, very poor service and whilst its the leasing company enquiry unless you monitor their response its not good for your business
