“The writer (145) was quite inaccurate in his work and his writing was not native. It presented a lot of mistakes and I had to review the whole work. I hope that I will receive a passing grade from this work but I doubt so.”

No specific instructions were ever provided regarding the topic or how it should be approached, therefore the researcher adopted their own approach in line with your University guidelines. The researcher also confirmed the chosen topic before the order was completed and has been happy to complete amendments in line with your ideas. We respect that a client may have different subjective ideas about structure, but as with any wide ranging topic, there are many ways to approach it structurally that remain entirely aligned with the University instructions. If you have specific preferences regarding structure, it's important to let us know before your order is completed. For example, the guidelines show that a problem statement or research question can be provided, but part of the amendment raised was that a research question was not used. The researcher was provided with significant liberty regarding a thesis topic. Within the particular topic you're studying, the issues are complex and this is why the researcher left a note within the original submission to advise they were happy to revisit anything initially completed. With regards to native writing, the researcher is English first language, has over 20 years experience as a professional writer and has published their own work. They are also qualified as a lawyer with a huge amount of practical experience under their belt. I can see from the messages exchanged with our After Care Team, the amendments raised do not highlight mistakes but rather subjective ideas on how you'd approach the work which your researcher has been happy to assist with. “Used the service for the first time and I received my work only to request for an ammendment which was so simple and after sending several emails back and forth explaining, all I got was a very rude email. So I think your services should not include amendments for clarification purposes for your future clients. Was hoping to use this service again and also refer but won't be doing so am afraid.”

“I feel a bit disappointed this afternoon. I ordered and paid for a work on EU Law on 16/17th July for a grade of 65-69. I just received my grade and it was 50%. I really feel disappointed.”

Hi Emmanuel, Thanks for your review and I am very sorry to hear that you didn't receive the grade you were aiming for in your exam. In order to look at why you didn't achieve the 2.1 grade, can you obtain a copy of the exam paper that you wrote in your exam and a copy of any feedback stating why that grade was awarded? You may need to request these as Universities don't always hand back exam scripts and feedback for exams in the same way that they do for coursework. If you can obtain these, I would be happy to go through the feedback in order to work out what went wrong. Obviously if the researcher's work didn't provide you with a correct basis to revise and learn from, then we would wish to look at this to compensate yourself and also avoid such issues in the future as well. “As I have previously written. Some orders have been exceptional! However, the piece on corporate insolvency lacked a clear structure including an appropriate conclusion as well as not exploring other trains of thought. The avenue of liquidation was thoroughly reviewed but, saving the company as an option, was not approached. Simple academic principles or addressing when liquidation is a necessary option was also not looked into thoroughly.”

Hi Nasser, Thanks for your review and I can see that you are in discussion with our Aftercare team about your order. From looking at your concerns and requests, it seems that all of the aspects that you have asked for are elements that would be included in the full dissertation but this order is for the proposal. The proposal is the planning stage and so doesn't contain the same level of detail and analysis as the full dissertation. Also, the GANT chart is included and it is Table 1 across pages 7 and 8.
