“I bought one earring for my tragus: it's beautiful and so easy to put on (which is a huge bonus having spent money in the past on tragus earrings that were impossible to wear!). I'm very happy with my purchase!”

“Product range is good and really does have something for everyone, i appreciate the fact that there are both 9k and 14k options so something for all budgets. The website is good and mobile option east to navigate, I like the fact that there are images of selected jewellery placement too which helps visualise what the earring with look like. Would have given an additional star if there were loyalty schemes, points or sales on as price point is high.”

“absolutely love the pieces I ordered, I only wished I could get shorter post. 6 mm is bit too long which makes earrings to rotate and not laying flat against your ear. It is especially annoying when direction of a piece is important, so it is not up side down which happens to me all the time.”

However, we are sorry to hear that the studs you purchased for your piercings are too long. We don't currently sell earrings with shorter posts however some of our customers have found that sliding on a silicone earring disc onto the back of the earring can help to stabilise the earring if it is too long. “I liked the earring, it looks like in the picture. However, I found it dificult to put the earring… the mechanism is complicated and I had to spend 20 min to put it on… I thought I will give up”

“Love love love your designs, however i’d love to see more 8mm posts and maybe even sell the posts separately. This would be a great help to people like me as i have 3 pieces from you but the posts are just too short. Thank you!!”

“The ear ring is Beautiful! It’s was incredibly difficult to put the ear ring in, impossible to do alone!! The back is so so small and fiddly, it wokld be a good idea to have the back on a bar that could go inside the labret part.”

“I don’t really understand why it’s stated as internally threaded posts and has a picture of it when it’s nothing like that at all, it’s externally threaded and did make my piercing bleed when I put it in because of the screwed end. Other than that it is a beautiful piece.”

Hi Nazmin Thank you for your review, I’m glad you think your tiara stud is beautiful. This is one of our externally threaded screw flat back studs. We don’t include a picture of the internally threaded pieces on this product. We are discontinuing the two styles we make with external threads and soon every stud we sell will be internally threaded. “Pleased with earrings ….they were a little smaller than I expected and I was a bit disappointed each one didn’t have its own box. I ordered them all from 3 members of family to save on postage but zi havnt got a box to put one in … they came 2 to a box !”

As we state on our product pages we package earrings 3 to a box - this is to cut down on packaging waste as a lot of our customers by 2-3 pieces at a time. “The tragus earring is gorgeous and very well made, unfortunately the stem which I thought at 6mm was average is not long enough and I am therefore unable to wear it which is a real shame.”

We would always recommend for our customers to double check sizing before purchase if unsure by measuring their own jewellery or by checking with a reputable piercer. It may be worth taking the stud to an experienced piercer to see if they can help you select an alternative piercing site that may fit the stud more comfortably. We are also launching a collection of studs early next year with longer 8mm posts which should hopefully be suitable for your tragus, a piercer should also be able to confirm what sizing would be best. “For being shipped to the US it was very fast, which was great! I got a super cute daith hoop but was bummed by how tiny it was. I had a REALLY hard time getting the clasp all the way through my piercing to close and it ended up being really painful because the piercing was too small (& I definitely consider myself to have a normal daith size). Otherwise I love the quality, just wish the piercing was a tiny bit bigger!”

However we're so sorry to hear that you had difficulties fitting a daith hoop your purchased from us. Because daith hoops can be particularly tricky to fit yourself, we would always recommend for our customers to get them fitted by a reputable, experienced piercer if they are having difficulty doing it themselves. A piercer should be able to ensure that the hoop is fitted securely as well as confirming its suitability for the chosen placement. It may also be that an 8mm inner diameter hoop it slightly small for your daith piercing and a 10mm inner diameter hoop may fit more comfortably - a piercer should also be able to confirm this for you :) Thanks again and we hope you are enjoying wearing your hoop.
