“Ordered 2 rugs totalling £100 with Express delivery which took over 2 weeks to arrive and then I only received one of them as the other one got lost. This was all down to someone inputting my incorrect delivery address which should not happen. I telephoned them 5 times where my address was mentioned but all staff didn't listen, I also called Parcelforce and they didn't have any deliveries for my address (not knowing my address had been incorrectly input at the time) This was shocking customer service, I asked for a partial refund but no one had the decency to reply to my email and just ignored me.”
