“more than happy with my order that arrived soon after placing it and on the indicated day”

Helpful Report

“I got great help on the phone and they helped me narrow down my choices. Not being able to go to see them in person was a setback but they were very confident on the phone and the sheepskin rug i got is perfect.”

Helpful Report

“After speaking to Terry to arrange a date for the delivery of my order I am pleased to say it arrived when expected. Very pleased and would definitely recommend land of rugs.”

Helpful Report

“great service lovely looking soft underfoot. came with free delivery in about 3 days.”

Helpful Report

“Just as the picture showed it, very pleased I chose it. Also very pleased with how easily I managed to buy on this site, I used Apple Pay.”

Helpful Report

“Although the delivery was in fact a couple of days later than advertised I did have both a voicemail and email explaining the delay, good communication I'll admit. It's also fair to say the rug I bought is of an exceedingly high standard of manufacture while being an ideal furnishing for the room in which I have it sited.”

Helpful Report

“Looks even nicer than I expected, love it. So soft and fancy looking. Brilliant price rug that was shipped and received very quickly.”

Helpful Report

“Nice rug for the patio tha arrived promptly after ordering. Should have picked the largest size though.”

Helpful Report

“Had been looking about for a while then finally went for it, pleased to say I love it. TBH should have got it sooner but happy now it's here and the hall is sorted.”

Helpful Report

“Long story short the product arrived with a hole in it, and replacing it took nearly a week by the seller. I am very pleased with the end result but with reluctance due to the issues of not having the item when I initially wanted it I can only award four stars.”

Helpful Report

“didnt want to spend a lot so ordered from the sale section. came in no time and is as expected, good shout.”

Helpful Report

“Can't complain happy with the delivery and the rug is great.”

Helpful Report

“So happy with my purchase. The Aurora Cloud rug is exactly what I wanted and just like I've seen on their Instagram. Very happy with the delivery and I'd recommend to anyone looking for an aurora rug.”

Helpful Report

“Love it great for the cost, came with free delivery.”

Helpful Report

“All three slip mats arrived next day as advertised. They have worked in stopping my carpets from moving / creaping on the laminate I have down.”

Helpful Report

“First rate company. I spotted the rug I had just bought in a sale on another site, I emailed Land of Rugs and they responded saying they had refunded the difference between what I had paid and the sale price on the other site. Brilliant service and thoroughly recommended.”

Helpful Report

“just really pleased with my order here. would have no issues buying from here again”
