“This was my first time purchase at land of rugs, pleased to say the experiance didnt have any negative points to note. The rug arrived well packaged, looked as envisiged and laid flat without curled up edges.”

Helpful Report

“Really big selection of rugs I price checked with some other sites so knew I would be getting a bargain. The rug is P E R F E C T wish I got it sooner.”

Helpful Report

“Like the last rug I purchased it was shipped quickly and delivered a couple of days later. As before the quality is excellent. Foolishly I picked a size too big which just doesn't work so I had to send it back and had to pay for the return. I have ordered a smaller size from them now but would be happier if they offered free returns. Please take this on board land of rugs!”

Helpful Report

“I ordered a rug and was advised it would be delivered within 48 hours this never happened after emailing a couple of times I was told that it had gone missing in transit. I have now taken delivery of the rug after 4 weeks 2 of the corners are starting to come away. I have contacted them and been informed that this is not a fault with the rug but with my maintenance which I take offence to. This being a rug at £150.00 I do not expect service like this.”
