“Louis De Poortere Griff rug is perfect for our dining area floor. Took a while to arrive but they did say it was coming from Belgium. Price was better than most and with the addition of a discount code getting us even more off the RRP.”

“I ordered two rugs but only had one delivered. land of rugs said they would re send another one but I have yet to get any tracking for it. Not impressed by the service or courier (DHL) that they use.”

“High quality rug that I now use in my living room, I needed a large size one and thankfully it arrived a few days after ordering. The rug is very soft and since I am unable to loosen any of the threads I think it will last a considerable time.”

“Excellent service. Helpful telephone order process. They even gave me the Black Friday discount for an out of stock item which they advised would probably not be delivered until after Christmas, but was actually delivered 10 days before Christmas. Cannot fault this company. Would definitely order from them again.”

“Louis de poortere rug is very thin as noted but it adds such a statement to our kitchen dining area. Luckily it was available in a very large size or else we would have had to have gone for two smaller ones and I'm not sure how that would have worked. Pleased with the service and results.”
