“I would have given zero. I placed an order for a rug, immediately got confirmation and an email saying it had been allocated for dispatch. Six days later I spoke to Kyle on the help line as I hadn’t heard anything from the company. He told me the rug was out of stock and was on preorder . He said he would check with the warehouse and email me an estimated delivery date. I never got an email. However, immediately following that conversation I got three emails asking me to review my experience. I never received any indication when I ordered this rug that it was out of stock. Communication has been very poor. I am still waiting to find out when/if my rug will arrive.”

Thank you for your review! I have looked into this and can see that on the product page on our website where you purchased the rug, it does state pre-order. On both your order email and order status email, it does say if you have pre-ordered your item, then stock has been allocated to be dispatched as soon as it arrives back into stock and to contact us if you have any further queries regarding estimated delivery dates. We apologise if there has been any confusion. Kyle did message back to let you know that your item is not due in until after the new year but we haven't had a response back. Based on your prior communication wanting the rug for Christmas which is completely understandable, I have issued your refund for you. Regards Land of Rugs

“The rug is absolutely awful. It looks nothing like I expected. All 3 phone numbers published are inactive and I have had no response to 2 chat messages sent. I am hoping that when I send it back I will be refunded however I'm not holding my breath”
