Tom said the order would face a delay due to the pandemic, it was not a problem as we are working from home at the moment but it was good to be informed. Rug actually came by the end of the week. “Beware these guys I'm sure land of rugs are fine. But... Rugs are dispatched by a 3rd party who you can't talk to Who use UPS - possibly the worst courier service in the world So when goods go missing you ejd up with everyone shrugging their shoulders and pointing at the next man along I have no rug and no money refunded Nobody is willing to take ownership of the problem (it really should be Land of Rugs as it is them I have the contractual agreement with) And this situation seems unresolvable So unless you like tossing money down the drain - avoid !!!”
