“delivery was a little slow but I am still pleased with the order. The workers were very friendly when I called them and they talked me through what was happening and why there was a slight delay. Overall a good experience and its not really there fault the delivery was delayed”

“We were most unfortunate with the delivery of our lovely rug we were aware that the rug was not in stock so we still ordered it and were told you would get it as soon as possible this turned out to be over three months as the delivery from DHL went missing although your staff were very helpful and tried hard to trace the rug through your delivery system, we have in the past brought from yourselves always happy with the purchases but this became an absolute problem for us. your service quality prices I would and do recomend to friends but this time we have been let down by the DHL Thankyou Jackie Beckingsale”

“There was a very good choice of rug’s available and the website is easy to navigate. The rug was well wrapped during transit and was exactly what I wanted - the quality is excellent. My only problem was it took longer than advised on the website to deliver and I had to chase twice to get any communications.”
