“Like the last rug I purchased it was shipped quickly and delivered a couple of days later. As before the quality is excellent. Foolishly I picked a size too big which just doesn't work so I had to send it back and had to pay for the return. I have ordered a smaller size from them now but would be happier if they offered free returns. Please take this on board land of rugs!”

“I had to have the rug I ordered collected and replaced as it was damaged when received, they collected it and sent me a replacement over the space of a few days so I would have confidence to use them again. I would have given them five stars but any inconvenience is just that, an inconvenience irrespective of how quickly and efficiently it is addressed/rectified. The rug I now have is very pleasing in terms of looks, colours and finish. I would say it is good value and worth the money paid.”

“The Prismatic prs14 rug I ordered is superb quality as well as being thick and very heavy. It's simply without fault. I did have to wait for it the be shipped over as a special order product because the size I wanted is not stocked in the UK. If it wasn't for the wait I would definitely have given you five stars.”
