“WIth great trepidation we purchased a new rug online, we are not good with internet stuff, but the process proved to be very easy and successful. Land of Rugs kept us informed of the progress of the purchase and the only issue was that the photos of the rugs were not true to the colour of the actual article, however the difference was acceptable. Overall we found the deal we had was great value for money.”

“Easy to navigate and use website, with a huge selection of rugs on offer, checkout was simple though I did have an issue with delivery which wasn't Land of Rugs fault, but they helped resolve it. My rug arrived well wrapped and protected and was in perfect condition once we got it out of the packaging, my partner is extremely happy with her new rug”

Originally have ordered a different rug, but have been notified via email that unfortunately it was on back order and I could get an instant refund or wait. As I recently moved into my new home, I decided to get a refund and chose a different rug, which I must say, I love.
