“After some deliberation I took the plunge and purchased the Ultra thick plush yellow rug and I am so glad that I did. I have never seen anything like it, such a wonderful soft thick rug and the yellow is almost a chalky yellow, not too bright or dominant. My son helped me move and position it in the lounge; I couldn't manage on my own because it was too heavy. Very good quality and while it costs a lot it is certainly worth it.”

“I didn't like the rug I brought so returned it with the help of a chap called Tom who walked me through the returns process. Hats off to the customer support he provided, for which I am very grateful. I was so impressed with their professionalism and curtesy that I had the confidence to have another punt, thankfully this time I managed to get it right and the Da Vinci rug I now own was destined to dress the reception room floor.”
