“Plenty to look at and prices are good value but my rug came a day after it was supposed to come. The rug itself looks great and my initial thoughts are that it will last for years.”

“Details is exceptional on the Heriz Antique Rug 8704 Amir Gold and it has an 'aged' look. Fits in nicely with our decor so we were releaved when we saw it in real life for the first time. The only issue we had is that it arrived two days late due to 'courier delays' after it was dispatched.”

“The rug is brilliant and looks just like it does in the images online, I have a KarnDean floor though and it does move a bit so I had to order a underlay afterwards to stop it moving around.”

“I had to order a bigger size rug because the size I wanted was out of stock, while it does look good I would have liked the smaller size rug for the room. Good comms and quick to arrive.”

“I used the sample service and had a sample book sent to me, I was annoyed that I had to pay £5 to send it back though. Aside that the blade rug is very well made and does look nice.”

“Both rugs I ordered are true to life and high quality from what I can tell, truth be told they are both perfect. The reason why I am only giving four stars is that they were both delivered separately on the same day rather than together on one visit. Aside emissions its an inconvenience to answer the door twice rather than once.”
