“My order arrived several weeks after being placed in line with the projected delivery timescale. However, it was incomplete in that it was missing a key component, the mounting plate for a wall mounted light. Lampsy were highly responsive to the issue, quickly sending out the required item. It’s very difficult/impossible to have things go right all the time so it’s really about how things are dealt with when they don’t. Lampsy were great. Thank you.”

“Extremely impressed with delivery time and quality of product. We haven’t fitted the two pendant light shades yet but they’re a perfect colour match to the paint used on some walls in our living space (Dulux cygnet feather). Very pleased!”
