“Sadly I ordered 2 UV Bulbs only one worked and General Lamps haven't been able to get a replacement sorted out. The communication was poor. with no information forth coming about the bulbs as I did return the ones that didn't work. Keeping customers well informed is key to good customer services”

Hi Bridget, We have received that lamps back and tested them. We found that the filament were broken which is probably as a result of transit damage. Our service team credited you back and this should appear in your account in the next couple of days. They have also sent an email to confirm this Regards Service Team

“Ordered lamps for use in theatre lighting fixtures. Were branded Osram lamps and cheaper by quite a bit compared to other suppliers. Quick delivery too. Second time I've ordered from here and will do so again”

“Our neon bulb arrived at the time we were told, beautifully packaged for safety. unfortunately we haven't yet got it working although it is in our original fitment. we are working on it.”
