“The wrong bulbs were sent and I received no reply to my email to Customer Service and no one answered my phone call either. I still want to return the bulbs for the correct ones. Invoice ID 100192183. No invoice was sent either. Peter Holt”

“Great source for all things 'illumination'. I was able to order 3 types of bulbs/lamps, some being not available elsewhere. They were delivered quickly and excellently packaged. I did have a problem with one defective fluorescent lamp. General Lamps have quickly responded and are sending a replacement straight away.”
