“Mine was a multiple order of items I cannot now obtain locally. Some in stock arrived immediately and extremely well packaged. I am advised remaining order will follow shortly. From previous experience of the company I have no doubt of fulfillment.”

“Easy to find what I was looking for (which was a nice surprise), check out (with free postage) not complicated, bulbs arrived in a couple of days as promised. Would certainly look here again for non-standard lamps if needed. Thanks.”

“I ordered Duracell Ultra batteries for my smoke alarm but received standard Duracell batteries. I called Lamps-on-line and left a voice message describing the problem and leaving the reference number and my contact details. I also contact them through PayPal. Two weeks later still no reply.”

“It was very easy to order and was informed that the item was dispatched on the Wednesday and by the following Monday the item had not been delivered so I then left a message with your customer service asking them to contact me and advise as to when I can expect delivery of my order. By the end of the day I received a message from Royal Mail 48 informing when to expect delivery which would be in two days time which it did. Customer Service never did return my call. Just makes me wonder how long it would have taken had I not contacted customer service, room for improvement. The problem was not the delivery company but the item being processed by lamps on line. Delivery was on time once Royal Mail received the item.”
