“I've used this company before. They're competitively priced. Website is easy to navigate. Customer service is excellent. One of my fluorescent lamps was broken. I sent photos. Within 20 minutes I had an email apologising, asking whether I would prefer a refund or replacement. I had a replacement. Good old fashioned customer service. Highly recommend lamps2udirect.”

“Wir hatten 2 Lampen bestellt ( Vokasse bezahlt) und nicht bedacht, dass diese aus England kommend, hohe Zustellungsgebühren kosten. Per email haben wir die Bestellung storniert und mit einem sehr netten Herrn kommuniziert. Wir haben nach wenigen Tagen unser Geld wieder zurück überwiesen bekommen...einfach super kundenfreundlich !
