“Ordered on April 11 but still no delivery and no information as to when I might receive the items.”

Hello David - This is a 'Pre-Order' item. Sylvania are quoting us mid-June for delivery. We can cancel and refund, if you want?

“I wanted to like this Company, but unfortunately I wasn’t impressed. I ordered Osram lamps, and, without letting me know, they substituted another manufacturer’s product without asking me first. I ended up having to return the lamps and waited quite some time for a refund. Friendly communication though, so maybe I was just unlucky.”
