“I purchased 6 outside lamps but 1 became defective after a week - just bad luck. Contacted customer support on the Monday who indicated my issue would be resolved within 48 hours. I got an e-mail within an hour saying I would get a new lamp within a few days. It arrived the following morning. Outstanding service!”
