“Excellent products and prices. Generally very good service too. I would just like better communications, particularly when a delivery is being delayed due to out-of-stock or other issues.”

“As the manufacturer of the fluorescent type bulbs had discontinued them, I was relieved to find that an LED type bulb is now available as otherwise I would have had to buy complete new fittings. I ordered just 1 to make sure that the fit was perfect but it was not particularly clear that stock was not available at that time yet I had to pay in full. The order was placed on the 5th of September but was not received until the 19th of October. In the meantime, on the 7th of October, I received an invitation to Review the Company. On querying this, I was advised that this was an error by the Review Company, not the Company itself. Having now received the bulb, I have tested it and found it is an ideal replacement. As such, I have now placed an additional order so that I can replace them all when the next one of those installed fails. This is because being of different technology, although their specification is very similar, there is a difference in their appearance when lit.”

“All good bar the expectation that the product would include both fittings to cover standard voltage G10 and the low voltage alternative. Suggest the product details be clear that the product will be delivered with the G10 fitting i.e. not with the low voltage alternative unless requested.”
