“Nothing wrong with the product but I needed it in a hurry do paid the extra for next day delivery. The product didn’t arrive for 4 days, by which time it was too late to be of any use. The products only cost £4.28 so to have paid an additional £8.25+VAT for express delivery which didn’t occur was frustrating.”

“Positive: Fast delivery and free postage on a reasonable spend, good communication. Negatives: Advertised as BELL and used the Bell logo but then stated in the smaller print they were not Bell 40W SES and substituted for another brand. Time will tell if they are any good. We then debated if this could be considered as false advertising but I see it is still the same as I write. Caveat emptor.”
