“I ordered two lamps for my kitchen as they had been blown years ago and we did nothing about it till last week. Although the postage was a first class delivery, we found the lamps would not work, for what ever reason, despite us ordering the right numbers. We are confused but decided not to send them back. Our problem not yours. I just wondered why they did not work. It always seem to happen to us.”

“The reason I have given this marking is that when the original fluorescent lights were delivered, they appeared to be well packed and strapped together. As soon as the packing was disturbed. The lights just fell apart. I don't know if this means you should consider a better method of packing, but it must be very frustrating for yourselves to send out an order only then to have it returned because it's damaged you can't keep losing money like this”
