“The price of the bulbs were very competitive hence the purchase. The delivery service unfortunately is let down by the use of Royal Mail but this comes as no surprise as I have experienced this situation before. It is usually the last day of suggested delivery or after the deadline before I receive goods when suppliers use Royal Mail. On this occaision it was at the end of the day on the last day of suggested delivery schedule.”

“I've used this company before. They're competitively priced. Website is easy to navigate. Customer service is excellent. One of my fluorescent lamps was broken. I sent photos. Within 20 minutes I had an email apologising, asking whether I would prefer a refund or replacement. I had a replacement. Good old fashioned customer service. Highly recommend lamps2udirect.”

“Wir hatten 2 Lampen bestellt ( Vokasse bezahlt) und nicht bedacht, dass diese aus England kommend, hohe Zustellungsgebühren kosten. Per email haben wir die Bestellung storniert und mit einem sehr netten Herrn kommuniziert. Wir haben nach wenigen Tagen unser Geld wieder zurück überwiesen bekommen...einfach super kundenfreundlich ! Diese Firma ist sehr zu empfehlen, weil sie per email ansprechbar war und sofort unser Wunsch erfüllt wurde !”
